Dear All,

The ESPRC Physical Sciences Team (Andrew Bourne, Amanda Howes, Simon
Crook, Alex Berry) are planning to visit here on Feb 19th and we'll
co-host with the Chemistry Dept.

The proposed schedule includes a presentation on EPSRC plans and a
general overview of their strategy - probably late morning, followed
by a buffet lunch. There is also the possibility of some 1-1
meetings after lunch (3 slots?).

To assist planning and a search for rooms (could be Thomas Graham,
JA, Col...) could you quickly let Kayleigh know answers
to the following questions:

name:
1. Will you attend the EPSRC presentation on 19 Feb
2. Will you stay for lunch
3. Do you want to bid for a 1-1 slot?

Thanks,

Rob
