Hi

I have been looking at what our PhD students purchase/claim and note
that a number of orders/claims are going through running costs and
grants instead of DF1000.

It may be that this is where you wish the cost(s) to go, however, if
the goods purchased/claimed are associated with the student's PhD
then they can be claimed from DF1000 which could release money back
into running costs and grants. Something to think about.

I am happy to put together a list of costs should you wish to pursue
this.
