<p class="MsoNormal">It has been brought to my attention that an unacceptable number of our PhD students are registering for SUPA Graduate School residential courses and subsequently not attending and not informing the organisers of their intended absence.
This incurs costs and inconvenience for the SUPA Grad School which they, not unreasonably, wish to pass on.

<p class="MsoNormal">Please make it clear to your students that, once enrolled, they are required to communicate with the class organisers or the Grad School management in the event that they will not be attending for any reason. Otherwise, any costs incurred
will be passed on the groups involved.<o:p></o:p></p>
