<p class="MsoNormal">I have been going over the Spider records this morning and I have noted that the completion rates for the Spider quarterly reports is patchy (to put it politely). I’d like to take this opportunity to remind you that these do need to be
completed and we are monitored on our levels of completion. The reports need to be started by the student and then passed to the supervisor for completion.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I and my fellow chairmen will be following up on this issue during the end of year vivas that are coming up so I would encourage you all to get your Spider reports up to date (including retrospective ones) before then.
