<p class="MsoNormal">Apologies for the short notice but I have just found out that the second semester timetable closes this Friday and won’t re-open until 4<sup>th</sup> December.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I need you to check your record on the timetable, check that the facilities you have requested are in place, that the rooms are large enough to accommodate your class size and that times and days are accurate.<o:p></o:p></p>
