will be joint in December. Last one in September was also joint.
This is due to the lower than expected numbers of proposals. The
funding available remains the same. It might be worth encouraging
some responsive mode proposals in physics and materials asap as the
odds are in favour right now."<br>

Obviously you can't get something in now for the Dec panel but this
situation could continue. Please get strong proposals in, whether
new or in pipeline, if you haven't already done so. <br>
