<p class="MsoNormal">Many thanks for your call earlier. I have attached a document which explains the structure of the Board of Governors of Hutchesons’ Educational Trust.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The Board is the governing body of Hutchesons’ Grammar School, and as such has overall strategic responsibility for education, HR, property, development, marketing and finance matters.

<p class="MsoNormal">Governors are asked to commit to attending 5 Board meetings and 4 sub-committee meetings each academic session. In addition, a Governors’ Away Day is held annually, usually in October, which involves a day of meetings (including one of
the 5 Board meetings) at an external venue, followed by optional dinner and overnight stay.<o:p></o:p></p>
