Dear Researcher


You are invited to take part in the Careers in Research Online Survey (CROS=
) 2017 which will run until 19th May 2017.


This is a national survey which gathers anonymous data about working condit=
ions, career aspirations and career development opportunities for research =
staff* working in higher education in the UK.  The results will be used by =
Strathclyde, institutions across the UK and research funding bodies to unde=
rstand researcher careers, and to inform actions within the institution, th=
e sector, and among research funders.


CROS is an online questionnaire and it will take around 20 minutes to compl=
ete. You will need to complete the entire survey for your answers to be sub=
mitted, but there is the option to save and return later. All data collecte=
d in this survey will be held anonymously and securely.

For the results to be as meaningful as possible we need as many researchers=
