<p class="MsoNormal">I am starting to construct the 4<sup>th</sup> Year Project Viva timetable. For each project, I will assign 3 report markers (Primary Supervisor, Independent Marker, Chair of the Examining Committee) who will also be present at the viva.
I shall look to evenly spread out the roles of Independent Markers and Chairs (volunteers welcome).<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Academic and Senior Research staff, please send me an indication of periods of unavailability in the period 15<sup>th</sup> April to 17<sup>th</sup> May (Exam Period). This is so that I can schedule the vivas taking into account student
exams and when the Examining Committee are available.<o:p></o:p></p>
