Some of you will be starting to teach a course in Semester 2. While some will be starting a new course not taught in Semester 1, others will be taking over a shared course taught in both Semesters.<br>

For those courses where the teaching is being transferred to another Lecturer(s), can the Lecturers involved please liaise with each other to ensure that the Tutorial/Lab assistants required for Semester 2 will be in place and let me know of any required changes.<br>

For those teaching a Semester 2 only-course, can you please let me know your requirements for any Tutorial/Lab assistants. If you have already arranged assistants by yourself please also let me know. We need to know the names of ALL assistants for each course/lab.<br>

Note that, due to financial constraints on the teaching budget, PhD student assistants cannot be assigned without the agreement of the Department.<br>

Please can you <b>let me know of your requirements by Friday 13 Dec </b>at the latest.<br>
