<p><b><span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">CALLING RESEARCHERS AND SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS: FIRST HACKY HOURS EVENT</span></b>
</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The local community of Research Software Engineers (RSEs) is starting a program of Hacky Hours. These are informal meetings with the aim of sharing expertise and helping with
software development and engineering.<br>
<br>
The first Hacky Hours event will be held on<b> Wednesday, 15 January 2020 </b>from<b> 2-4pm </b>in room<b> 3.27</b> in the<b> John Anderson Building.</b> This event is open only to Postdocs, postgraduate students, PIs and any professional who is directly involved
in writing software for research. No registration required.</span></p>
