<p class="MsoNormal">Following a decision by the Internal Audit Committee, only HoDs may now approve SSJs.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">So from today, you will only be able to select Paul’s name when you are submitting an SSJ.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">If you need to supply any supporting info by email to explain it, please send it to Paul.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The decision has been taken because an internal audit found that too many SSJs were being submitted across the University. I have explained to Procurement that our have been legitimate (or I would query them), but this is not a decision
that is going to be reversed overnight.<o:p></o:p></p>
