I am emailing to let you know that nominations are now open for our eleventh annual Teaching Excellence Awards which will take place on the 15<sup>th</sup> May 2020.<br>

These awards recognise the fantastic teachers, support staff, and student tutors at Strathclyde who make a difference to campus life.

Last year, we had over 900 nominations across the university and this year we are trying to best that number.
<br>
<br>
As such, we are kindly contacting departments to ask their teaching staff to help us promote the event. You will find attached a PowerPoint slide which provides details about the awards, and we would be grateful if you could ask your teaching staff to briefly
feature these at some point next week. <o:p></o:p></p>
