<p class="MsoNormal">Thanks to those of you who have already set things up for the student social event on Monday. There seems to be a little confusion, so to clarify, this event should start at
<b>11am on Monday 14<sup>th</sup> September</b>. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">It takes place within ”bubble-groups”. There are 10 <span style="color:black;mso-fareast-language:EN-GB">
“bubble-groups”, with around 6 students per group. There are, in general, 3 PDAs per group. Not all of the PDAs need to take part, but the more that can participate, the nicer for the students.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b><i>There needs to be one PDA per group that acts as “lead”, sets up the zoom meeting for that group, and e-mails the members of the group with the zoom details.
</i></b>I would really appreciate it if the lead PDA from each group could let me know when things are organised so that I can make sure that all of the students are looked after.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black;mso-fareast-language:EN-GB">I have also uploaded a very slightly modified version of the material produced by the Physics Society: on the last page of the PPT I have included a discord link that the Physics Society
have set up in case the students ask you about it, and in the instructions, I have changed “Alzheimers” to “amnesia” as this more appropriate – thanks to Jonathan for pointing that out to me.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
