Dear All,

If you have not already done so, could you please post a notice
on MyPlace to the students you will teach in Semester 1 welcoming
them and letting them know that the information for the module
will be on the MyPlace page, e.g. via the class descriptor.

The timetable is available for each module on its MyPlace page
and if you could confirm the first lecture timing and zoom details
for this please.

Many thanks,

Brian.

Dear All,

The VD-Academic had a meeting recently with students. Students
fed back that they would like to be able to see their Myplace
classes as early as possible. Therefore if staff could open the
first semester class pages as soon as possible that would be
appreciated.

Dear All,

Some new 4th students are signing up to too many modules so
that they can get access to the module material before they
make their final choices - this will cause problems. Could all
staff teaching optional modules in years 3-5 make guest access
possible so that students can see the material without having
to register for the module. You should be able to do this
using the 'Guest Access' toggle on top left of the module's
MyPlace page:
