<p class="MsoNormal">I’m aware that there will continue to be a heightened demand to progress staff recruitment advertising as we approach the Christmas break, in order that adverts can be live across the Christmas/New Year period.

<p class="MsoNormal">To assist us in meeting the demand, we would ask that where pre-Christmas commencement of advertising is sought, the departmental lead in the recruitment process ensures that all relevant documentation (as noted below) is submitted to the
HR team by <b>Tuesday 1 December 2020</b>; this will allow us to work with the departmental lead person to finalise the documentation and ensure the advertising period commences within the following fortnight (the jobs.ac.uk deadline is 17/12/20).
