Note that Disability and Wellbeing/Myplace team have confirmed that at the moment, it is not possible to apply additional time overrides on Myplace at Departmental/Year levels to avoid making special groups "+25% time" and "+33% time" for every single class. </div>

They are aware of the problem but it's unlikely to be fixed for quite some time - unfortunately each class has to add their own override groups.</div>
