In the normal test/exam just set the start and end time for most students e.g.:</div>

I've attached a screenshot of how, within the test/exam setting mode, to access individual user overrides or group overrides (if there are enough students that you might want to make a group for your class). </div>

Just change the end time to allow for the time extension for a student <span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);display:inline !important">
using the student number </span>(or by using the 'group' link for a group of students), e.g. +25% is a common time extension where making a group may save you time for larger classes.</div>
