Dear All,<br>
<br>
Please find attached a copy of the exam timetable for April/May
2022. Please note that this only gives the duration of the exam
papers, and not any additional upload time for scanned solutions (1
hour). We will upload this to the Physics Covid-page for the
students to see tomorrow (Friday) along with guidance on how to
format files for uploading. <br>
<br>
The covid page does not catch non-physics students, so please can
you pass the relevant information on to the students in your module
and also put the exam info on to your own Myplace pages as
appropriate. I'd suggest a section that initially gives the
date/time of the assessment, but that will later contain the exam,
upload options and all relevant material/ instructions etc.<br>
<br>
Please can you add the following to the exam section on your Myplace
page:<br>
-------------------------<br>
<b class="">By submitting your assessment, you are indicating that
this is your own work.</b> <br>
<br>
Use of online solution providers is not permitted and you should not
share or discuss answers by any means, including over social media
(e.g. Facebook messenger, WhatsApp, Discord or any other social
platform) as this constitutes academic dishonesty (<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://www.strath.ac.uk/sees/studentpolicies/policies/appealscomplaintsdiscipline/academicdishonestyguidance/">https://www.strath.ac.uk/sees/studentpolicies/policies/appealscomplaintsdiscipline/academicdishonestyguidance/</a>).<br class="">
<br class="">
In cases where academic dishonesty is suspected, the Department
reserves the right to require an oral examination. If you are found
to have engaged in academic dishonesty the Department may initiate
formal disciplinary procedures according to the student discipline
procedure: <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://www.strath.ac.uk/media/ps/strategyandpolicy/Student_Discipline_Procedure.pdf">https://www.strath.ac.uk/media/ps/strategyandpolicy/Student_Discipline_Procedure.pdf</a><br>
-------------------------<br>
<br>
Best wishes,<br>
<br>
Alison<br>
