Please check if you are available on the dates you are scheduled to invigilate, and if you can't make it then
<i>please find your own replacement</i> and inform Michaela so we can update the list. <span class="ContentPasted2" style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255); display:inline!important">At least one academic is required amongst the exam invigilators. Reserves
can leave as soon as it is clear the other invigilators are in place.</span></div>

There has been a University-wide decision that exam papers are no longer delivered to exams (don't get me started on this
<span id="🙂">🙂). Michaela uploads them for printing (hence the separate 'Final Exam' pdf folder for idrive exams, which exam setters will be asked to cross-check) and then collect the printouts prior to the exams, and they are then securely stored in physics.</span></div>

Please could the <i>lead invigilator</i> collect the exam papers and equation sheets from the main physics office JA831 at least half an hour before the exam on the day of the exam (this covers the possibility the lead invigilator becomes ill overnight - and
do not take exam papers off campus).<span></span></div>

Ensure you collect all physics exams and equation sheets etc. required for your exam room, and try to get to the exam room in good time to lay out the exam papers.</div>
