Dear All,<br>
<br>
When you are setting up your Myplace page can you please make sure
that there is a visible statement about assessment and feedback. For
example:<br>
<img src="cid:part1.5EkrAKbL.e6LgD0sk@strath.ac.uk" alt="" width="589" height="574"><br>
<br>
Please also remember to set up and open the module evaluation survey
(lhs of page):<br>
<br>
<img src="cid:part2.x14vfwO8.asSIjHZw@strath.ac.uk" alt="" width="242" height="137"><br>
<br>
Please don't worry that you have to have everything ready to be made
visible. All that is necessary is enough information for the
students to get an idea of what they will be doing (e.g. class
information sheet), where & when the lectures are, what the
assessment structure is, etc. In the long run this will hopefully
save you answering lots of e-mails :-)<br>
<br>
It also advisable to put <b>specific time limits</b> onto worked
solutions etc, especially if the same tutorial questions/assessments
are used year to year. This will prevent students from being able to
access solutions from the previous year as has happened in the past.<br>
<br>
Thanks very much.<br>
<br>
Alison<br>
