possible - some exams in highlighted colours are at the same time in a different location). Each exam has a reserve who has to be on call, but often doesn't need to actually invigilate the exam.</span></p>

for those new to exams. FYI The regulations include the item that to proceed an exam must have a minimum of two invigilators (one Invigilator in Charge and one other) for each examination room up to a maximum of 50 students. At least one academic is required
amongst the exam invigilators. One further invigilator will normally be appointed for each additional 50 students thereafter.</span></p>

<i>and also any formula sheets</i> needs to be on the idrive 'Final Exam' folder <i>
at least 10 days before the exam</i>, so Jacqui can upload. If it's not there it won't get printed, and please notify Jacqui when the final version is there.</span></p>

the main physics office JA831 (or directly from Jacqui in the adjacent room) at least half an hour before the exam on the day of the exam (this covers the possibility the lead invigilator becomes ill overnight - do not take exam papers off campus). Exams are
starting at 10am or 2pm.</span></p>
