working and the occupant decided to force open the lift car doors to exit the lift. Fortunately nobody was injured but this unsafe act had the potential for serious or fatal injury since power is still supplied to the lift and it may come back into operation
at any time. This could result in body parts being trapped if the lift does start moving or people could fall into an open lift shaft.<span style="color:#1F497D"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">In the event if you are inside a lift when it breaks down:
