<p class="MsoNormal">The work begins on the 10<sup>th</sup> March, and the project is expected to continue for 6 weeks or so.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Before the project starts, I’ve been asked to prepare:<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">- How different users of the website find out what they need<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">- Suitable photos/images for the new website – we need loads more high quality images<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">- Suggestions for the content of a video the web team could create<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">- Thoughts about any new content the Department wants to develop/feature<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I would value any feedback on the above over the next week.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I have been promised some stats on page visits etc. if you’re interested in seeing them.<o:p></o:p></p>
