<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.5pt">It is important that the University staff mark the consignments that they send appropriately in relation to the contents of the package. Failure to comply with this legal requirement is a criminal offence
punishable by a fine of up to £5,000.00 in a magistrates court or an unlimited fine and/or two years imprisonment when convicted in a crown court.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
