<p class="MsoNormal">The procurement team have amended the New Supplier Adoption Request form and I would be grateful if you can ensure your department now uses this going forward. The main changes include;<o:p></o:p></p>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo3">Whether the spend is less than or over £3k- as you will all be aware under £3k you can go direct to one supplier however for anything which falls over this spend it would be subject to a quotation process;<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo3">Clarity on the process used (e.g. 3 quotes, a competitive tender through the procurement team);<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo3">Clarity on whether the requirement is a one-off or a recurring need.<o:p></o:p></li></ol>
