not acceptable - It puts the Health and Safety of John Revie at risk. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<b><u>must</u> </b>directly go through John Revie in the first instance, accompanied with the correct paperwork and charge codes for payment of the disposal. If you any doubts on the correct procedures to be followed, contact John, who will be able to offer
