<p class="MsoPlainText">The feedback from the recent Graduate School Careers Event has been extremely positive. As a follow on, I am developing an idea I have of creating an 'Industry Facing Graduate School' by matchmaking employers with PhDs, EngDs and Post
Docs.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText">Employers appear to have difficulties hiring talented people with the right skill set. So the plan would be to target employers, private and public sector organisations, who hire physicists, to get their current vacancies on a SUPA employer
vacancy site with password protected restricted access and to provide them with access to the highest calibre PhDs, EngDs and PostDocs as potential recruits ie YOU!<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText">we would need to collect about 100 CVs each year.<o:p></o:p></p>
