The Physics Department is running our David Elder Lecture series in association with the Glasgow Science Centre. Our Principal will officially open this year's lectures on Thurs 8 Sept at the GSC's new Planetarium. Selected guests will be garthering before
the Lecture for some fizz and canapés from 17:45-18:25 that evening, before heading in to the planetarium to take our seats prior to the public audience of ~120 being admitted around 18:25.

If any of you are interested in outreach and are able to attend, then <b>please let me know ASAP</b> and I will try to arrange for an invite from the GSC to be emailed to you in the next few days.

If you have not been to the Planetarium before, we can assure you of a great visual evening exploring our universe!
