<p class="MsoNormal">Just a quick update from SCOPE (Strathclyde Student Community for Optics, Physics & Engineering) regarding an event coming up for both SCOPE members and non-members to attend. On November 13<sup>th</sup> & 14<sup>th</sup>, we will be hosting
a livestream of the Photonics Online Meetup (POM) 2023. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><i>“POM is an entirely free virtual conference geared towards bringing together a community of early career and established researchers from universities, industry, and government to amplify the role of optics and photonics in daily life.”<o:p></o:p></i></p>
