<p class="MsoNormal">Now that your annual reviews have been submitted on SPIDER, please arrange a day and time for your 1<sup>st</sup>/2<sup>nd</sup> year progress viva (duration : 1 hour), which will involve a viva chair (usually me) and at least one of your
supervisors. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I aim to get as many as possible completed by the 1<sup>st</sup> week of Sept, but realise that this will not be possible in all cases.<o:p></o:p></p>
