<p class="MsoNormal">It has just been confirmed that there will be a wide band gap semiconductor session at the UK semiconductors this year</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We are therefore looking for suggestions for a plenary speaker that would be appropriate. All suggestions are welcome but especially from other than resesrchers whould talk about more than just GaN, eg AlGaN or Oxides</p>
