[Academic] Delivery of Parcels - Change to Current Procedures

Hi Everyone

Please note that from Tuesday 8th May deliveries will now be made to 
JA8.11 instead of JA5.01.  Signage will be posted at each entrance/exit 
showing this change.  Lauren will take receipt of the parcels and notify 
you when they are ready for collection.  Space is restricted so I would 
ask staff to collect parcels as soon as they are notified of their delivery.

For large deliveries which involve manual handling and possible risk 
assessments we will need your cooperation.  Please provide one or two 
contacts per group who will be available to take delivery.  Lauren will 
contact the nominated person or persons when the delivery is being made 
and in turn they can deal directly with the delivery driver.  These 
details will need to be kept uptodate and an alternative person will 
need to be nominated in times of holiday, sickness absence etc.

We will need this list to be operational on Tuesday so please return the 
information to me no later than Friday morning.
