[Academic] IMPORTANT - Provisional Timetable 2012-13

Hi Everyone

Apologies, I know you are in the middle of exams but the deadline for 
the provisional timetable for 2012-13 is Tuesday 22 May.  I have copied 
the timetable for 2011-12 for 1st-3rd year classes and I have sent those 
teaching 4th year classes the proposed timetable to comment on.  I am 
working on fifth year classes at the moment with the hope that I will 
get it sent to those teaching first thing on Monday morning, sorry!!!

I have contacted some of you regarding queries and I need to have 
answers to these on Monday at the latest.

I also need to know, for those of you who have to arrange class tests 
outwith your normal lecture rooms, dates and times for both semesters.

Finally, if you have specific room requirements I need to know about 
these as well so that I can factor them in.  For those requiring fixed 
seating (large student numbers) I have requested a data projector and 
doc cam.  For those in flexible seating a data projector.  If you 
require anything in addition now is the time to tell me.

No doubt I will have forgotten to factor something in, so if anything 
else springs to mind and is not covered in this email please do not 
hesitate to let me know.
