[Academic] exam invigilation

Dear All,

I've received a complaint from another head of department about late arrival of invigilators from Physics. I think this is an exceptional case for the Department but can I remind you that inviiglators should be at the exam 20 minutes early to receive the papers, check they are correct and so forth.

At the same time I wish to recognise that this job is almost always well done and to thank you for your work to ensure that.
