[Academic] Draft Timetable - 2012/13

Hi

Please note that the provisional timetable will be available from the 
second week in August.  In the meantime, I would be obliged if you could 
check over the classes you are responsible for (both semesters) and 
inform me of any amendments.  In addition to this, those who are 
teaching 4th and 5th years classes should indicate which slots they wish 
to use as lectures and tutorials and whether you require me to add any 
additional tutorial slots.

If you have special requirements regarding room facilities please let me 
know.  This should have been done back in May but we may still have an 
opportunity to address this in August, but please do not leave it any 
later than this.

Please return your changes by the end of this month and no later than 
the first week in August.
