[Academic] Open Events - RESPONSE REQUIRED!

Dear All,

The University is holding Open Days on Monday 3rd & Tuesday 4th September 2012; please see the attached memo/response form regarding these events.  Recruitment to the department has been very good this year and it is important that we continue to attract high quality applicants for next year.  The University's Open Days are our first opportunity to meet with potential applicants and your help in engaging with them is both necessary and appreciated.

I would be grateful if you would complete the attached form and return it to me by Tuesday 21st August 2012.
