Dear All,

Following the success of Engage with Strathclyde 2012, dates for 2013 have been confirmed as Monday 29th April – Friday 3rd May 2013.

The notice below announcing this has already appeared in the Weekly Digest however since this is a busy time for holidays, we would ask that you publicise these dates in advance as much as possible within your departments to allow people to consider which events they would like to plan. Any questions can be directed to Rachel Clark or Yvonne Kinnaird in RKES (copied in).

ENGAGE WITH STRATHCLYDE

More than 30 events took place during Engage with Strathclyde week at the beginning of May. Events were offered from the faculties and TIC themes, and included opportunities for interdisciplinary groups to come together. The University welcomed more than 500 delegates from around 300 organisations from the public, private and third sectors.  University staff and students were well represented at events, and there were in excess of 1000 attendees over the week, giving many opportunities for our external guests to engage with Strathclyde. The organisers are pleased to announce that Engage with Strathclyde 2013 will take place from Monday 29 April  to Friday 3 May. Please add the date to your calendar and visit the new website to find out more and register interest in taking part.
