*Free LabVIEW**hands**-on training.

*National Instruments is offering some valuable introductory training on 
campus at * University* *Strathclyde*, on the latest release of 
its LabVIEW graphical programming environment. This a great opportunity 
to get some FREE, hands-on experience with_NI _ 
<http://www.ni.com/labview2010>_LabVIEW_, which we use for _data 
acquisition_, signal processing, controls and various instrumentation 
needs across our campus.

*In this training, you will:*
· Receive three hours of hands-on technical training from a senior 
engineer on real hardware
· Explore the latest features in LabVIEW, including simplified textual 
math, advanced signal processing and analysis and new Express VIs for 
sound cards and data acquisition
· Learn how to create complete LabVIEW applications from scratch in 
minutes with interactive Express VIs and I/O assistants

*Target audience:*

*Academics *to gain knowledge for themselves and to have an 
understanding of LabVIEW when their researchers use it.

*Researchers and students* *(including undergraduates)* to see how it 
works and how they may use it in their projects.

*Those who have used it before* but have not used it recently and would 
like a refresher.
