[Academic] FW: Postgraduate Demonstation Payments - for the Month of October

Just a reminder that student payments are now processed on a monthly basis.   If you employed postgraduate demonstrators in the month of October I would be grateful if you would forward me the number of hours for each student and I will process these payments.

Dear All

The new online student system is used to process demonstrating payments. Students can now complete forms online through the Pegasus system and have now to be processed on a monthly basis.

Claims for payment are then processed through the department.  For convenience I have attached a form which you may find helpful when submitting the hours to me for the month of October.

I would be grateful  if you could forward the student demonstrating hours to me as soon as possible and no later than Monday 29th October in order that the students receive their monthly payments on time.
