[Academic] Open Evening Help Needed - REPONSE REQUIRED

Dear All,

The Department is hosting an Open Evening on Thursday 8th November 2012 from 7:00pm - 9:00pm.
(The exact time that helpers will be required will be indicated nearer the day.)

In previous years, those attending the Open Evening have been given tours around the teaching and research labs and the event will keep to the same format this year. Neil, Aidan and Stefan have already agreed to show their labs (thank you) so we are looking for access to 3 more research labs. If you can help out and show your lab that would be great, please indicate on the form below.

In addition, we are looking for at least 10 other members of staff and 10 postgrads (paid at the usual rate) to accompany the groups.

Please let me know as soon as possible (and no later than 2nd November 2012) if you are able to help - a paper copy of this will also be in your pigeonhole today.

As you will see from the slip below, I need an answer either way - this will stop me pestering you for a reply, as no response will not be treated as unable to help :).
