[Academic] Fwd: Individual Circumstances and REF

Dear All,

If you have not already done so please make your individual 
circumstances declaration by clicking the link below. The process 
consists of two clicks and takes less than 20 seconds if you have no 
circumstances that you wish taken into account when calculating the 
number of outputs you should submit to the REF. If you do wish to make 
the REF team known of anything then the process might take a little longer.

We are encouraging all REF eligible staff to log in to the confidential 
Sharepoint site to note any circumstances which have affected research 
in the REF period. 
https://moss.strath.ac.uk/research/resportal/ref/circumstances/default.aspx. 
All eligible staff should complete this even if the declaration is 'None'.

The following staff in Physics  have made a declaration to date:


(I have removed the names because I am currently running a don't name 
and don't shame policy.)

We are aiming for declarations from all REF eligible staff before we 
produce reports for the next set of audit meetings, and the internal 
target is 16th November. Please encourage any REF eligible staff who 
have not yet made a declaration to do this in the next 10 days if possible
