[Academic] Class questionnaires

Dear All,

If you are teaching in the 1st semester Lauren will put class questionnaires in your pigeon hole. Please can you ask the students to complete and then return to me. Please can you do this by the end of week 10. Please use the forms given to you as these are based on a template that will be scanned to allow rapid marking with the photocopier.
