[Academic] PhD applicants

Now that all available studentships have been filled for 2012-13 I 
intend to have an overdue clearout of PhD applicants on Pegasus.

If you have any applicants for 2012-13 who you would like to be 
considered for possible entry in 2013-14 please let me know by the end 
of next week. Otherwise I'll assume it's OK to reject them.

To see your PhD applicants look under the Administration tab on Pegasus 
and click "Show PGR applications".
