[Academic] AAC Proposal to reduce contact time, lab time and assessment time

Dear All,

Please see attached a proposal from the Vice Dean Academic which outlines a major change in the way departments will be expected to provide teaching, tutorials and lab classes. I have serious objections to many of the suggestions but I would like input from you so that I can nail this before it gets off the ground.
