[Academic] Undergraduate Project Presentations Timetable (draft) - 20th and 27th March

Hello,

Attached is the proposed timetable for the 4th and 5th year undergraduate project presentations on the afternoons of the 20th and 27th March.

There are 62 projects this year, so the talks have to take place over two afternoons. I've tried to place similar projects together and avoid clashes. Please let me know of any problems asap. If you are unable to make talks for your project students, please can you arrange for deputes to attend.

I hope to send a final, revised timetable out to both supervisors and students next week.
