[Academic] Macs and Nemo

Dear All,

If you have Macintosh computer and use the Apple mail client to pull your email from Nemo you may have had problems over the past couple of days accessing your email. The only difference as far as I can see is it would appear that the University has changed the name of the External Server from "nemo.strath.ac.uk<http://nemo.strath.ac.uk>" to "nemo-mail.strath.ac.uk<http://nemo-mail.strath.ac.uk>". You will need to go to the account information setting in the preferences section to make the necessary change. You may also need to change the Internal Server setting from its-ecas1.ds.strath.ac.uk<http://ds.strath.ac.uk> to its-ecas2.ds.strath.ac.uk<http://ds.strath.ac.uk>.
