[Academic] 4th and 5th Year Physics Undergraduate Project Reports

Hi all, and especially primary and secondary project supervisors.

We are now fast approaching the time of the Project Vivas. I hope you are all well advanced in your preparations. If not, Tim's detailed instructions are reproduced below.

Please bring your Continuous Assessment Mark and your Project Report Mark to the viva of each student for whom you have responsibility. Alternatively, you can forward the marks to Tim or me by email or internal post, in which case please submit the marks before the viva.

A separate mark will be required for each student's viva performance. This should be an averaged, or preferably agreed, mark of the 3 examiners responsible.

Let me know by tomorrow afternoon if you have any questions on the process.
