[Academic] Physics Grad Ball

Please see below from Victoria Phillips and Megan Clark about the Grad Ball.

Dear all Physics academics and staff,

We have organised a Physics Grad Ball for Wednesday 19th June (start at 7.30pm).
It will be held at Arta (62 Albion Street, Merchant City).
The ticket price is £45 per person, but we would to sell them to academics at the reduced price of £35. This price includes arrival drink, 3 course meal with half bottle of wine per person, venue/DJ hire and photobooth hire.

Ourselves, and the rest of the Physics 4th years would be very happy if the people responsible for getting us through the last four years were there to celebrate with us!

If you would like to come, please can you either transfer money (£35) online to the account (account no: 02384992, sort code: 80-06-64) with your name as a reference or take cash to Catherine Cheshire (JA 8.30, cath.cheshire at strath.ac.uk<mailto:cath.cheshire at strath.ac.uk>).

We need final numbers (and ideally money) by Friday 10th May.

Hopefully if we don’t see you before, we will see you there.
