[Academic] PhD supervisors - PG reports and vivas

A draft viva timetable will be distributed shortly.

Please remember that supervisors need to complete section 2 of the new 
annual progress report forms in advance of the vivas i.e. by the end of 
this week - my original email is attached.
It should be possible for either 1st or 2nd supervisors to complete the 
form.

Reminders :

Wednesday:
1st year PG conference at Ross Priory -  bus leaves tomorrow at 08.45 
from barrier on Rottenrow

Thursday :
2nd year PG poster session in JA 3.26/27 from 2pm - 4pm. All welcome - 
refreshments will be provided.
